This review is based on my experience with pat. I called inquiring about leasing services. I was reading off Information from their website and pat was very rude. He accused me of having an attitude and hung up the phone on me. I called back immediately and got Bruce who pretended like he didn’t know If Aaron’s had a corporate number and or email for me to email for a written complaint against pat. He said I guess you can go go Aaron’s.com. Pat and Bruce is the face of your company and now I will not be doing business with your company. I called the corporate number and sent a written complaint as well as verbal. I also requested for the district manager to call me back.

Picked the sofa I wanted and had to resolve an old issue but got it delivered quick and set up. The delivery guys were great! Am I happy? I most certainly am! They do aim to please and try to get you taken care of right away.

My information had to go on the account of someone living in my house because I own the house and instead of calling him when payments are missed I get calls relentlessly every day. My do not disturb is on so it's not like I'm actually going to answer the phone so just go ahead and leave messages instead of calling the person you need to talk to. I know he put his phone number on the application. Everytime I call I get some lazy, rude employee that has no clue what planet they're on. I guess I'll drive over there and write the correct phone number in crayon.
