Our experience with Alpha Flooring in installing laminate in three rooms and a hallway was very good. They were able to start the job within a week. The installers, Jacoby and Tyler, were friendly and polite, and they were hardworking and efficient. They did a great job.nnWhen there was miscommunication over pricing, Liz in the office, was quick to respond and make things right. We were quite satisfied and would definitely recommend this business.

My project was to have the owner's bathroom floor and shower tiled. The initial team had a problem with COVID 19. Management immediately made adjustments to keep my project on schedule. An excellent job was done and with suggestions from the contractor the end product was better than I had expected. Management communicated throughout to ensure the job was moving along nicely and within the scope of the project. Job well done, thanks.

WOW, where do I start. First of all, the first person they sent out never turned in my room measurements to the office, so they had to send out a second guy, who was nice courteous, got my measurements and called them in. However the office person didn't call in the right order and there wasn't enough carpet for my bedroom and closet. After that was remedied, the installer did a decent job, although the seam between my bedroom and closet left a bit to be desired. He did promise to come back and fix it, however as of this writing haven't seen him yet. Anyway, he couldn't finish, but said he would be back Tuesday at 9am to finish. Well, Tuesday at 11am no show. I called the office and found out he was out sick. No phone call to me explaining this. At this point I'd had enough and called another installer, who showed up in a couple days, installed living room, dining room, stairs and upstairs hallway in about 4 hours and charged me 350.00. Can't see any seems anywhere!! Alpha Flooring charged me 538.00 for one room and closet. I hate giving bad reviews, but they clearly didn't deliver!!!

Working with Billy was a pleasure. He was professional. He explained the process of pulling out the old carpet and laminate floors before he started. He kept me updated. He arrived at the scheduled time. He did an excellent job. His work definitely spoke for itself. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely use Alpha Flooring in the future.

Scheduling didn't go as planned as the guy who was supposed to do the job quit on the day he was scheduled to come out and he didnt even notify the office. It seems it was a blessing in disguise as he had given them a lot of issues. Instead I had Tyler and Jakobe come out the next week and they were great. Very efficient, timely, and did quality work. Also Liz was very nice and responsive the whole way through to the end of my project. It seems the previous employee also gave me a lower cost estimate than it should have been but it was still honored. Overall I was satisfied with the work, customer service, and would recommend to give them a shot if you have a project.
