Love their prices on the flowers and lawn Care. It's hard to find help there now not sure if it's because of covid but they definitely don't have enough employees on the floor anymore! Lines are super long and they only have two cashiers but today the manager stepped in and opened up a register to help out! Very clean store and always seems to be fully stocked just no help when you need it so they definitely need more employees working and registers opened.
Lowes always have what I'm looking for. My experience the other day was very pleasant. If you can't find something, ask an employee. They are always there to help you find.
Consistently the worst Lowe's I have ever been to. Every time I need help I ask somebody who has to page someone else. Every single time nobody shows up. Literally nobody has ever come to help me multiple times. Doesn't matter what time of day. I usually wait at least ten min to make sure and sometimes I've asked multiple times.
This was one of the best customer service experiences that I have had in a long time. James helped me to exchange an item and he was personable and very helpful. He deserves 6 stars.
I bought a 12 feet tall A type ladder and went back to return in less than 2 hours. They denied taking the ladder back. I asked for the manager but they kind of cheated on me and said manager is not on duty. I politely told them that its been less than 2 hours that I bought the ladder. They keep on saying its the liability issue. I am not sure what liability issue would it cost in less than 2 hours. I asked for the written policy but they said there is no written policy. I called corporate customer service number where I was told company has no such policy not to return.nThe management here sucks.
