New manager, Steve, was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. I didn't know what I needed or even wanted in a mattress. He actually had a helpful process of questions to figure it out, and didn't just hover like a vulture, as the salesperson in the previous stores had..nI'm a little gun shy on large purchases, Steve helped nudge me without being pushy. It was a good balance and much appreciated, as I needed to pull the trigger.nThe store has a little bit of everything, furniture and appliance needs. Though I only went in for 1 thing, I didn't shop around much.nOverall, a most pleasant experience. Definitely recommend.nLooking forward to a good night's sleep and sweet dreams, thanks Steve!
Popped in merely on a whim. Ended up purchasing a theater chair. [How did that happen?] Steve P. was fabulous in his position. He was a professional, friendly, funny, quick-witted, multi-tasker with a lot of energy. He answered all my questions & handled my purchase smoothly & quickly. Our experience was so awesome and painless. The store was so busy and Steve P did so well with being attentive and fast with each individual person on his own. He multitasked very well and I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family because the service was so great. Thanks to Steve we will definitely be back!
Steve P. was great. He really worked with us to get us what we need. We got sofa and love seat and we’re happy with the customer services and the deals!!nnUpdate: Poor communication. Steve promised to keep up with our order and let us know when our order was ready for pickup because sofa was out of stock at the time. However, he never even reply to our text answer the phone.
Stopped in today for a dishwasher and got a great deal. The manger Steve helped us, he was great and quickly had us out of there with a new dishwasher in 30 minutes! Thanks again Steve
