Awesome experience. We ended up going there accidentally because of a wrong turn. So glad we went. Kyle was awesome and knew lots of information about mattresses available. There was no pressure in getting us to choose one over another. His knowledge helped us make the best decision for our needs. We highly recommend this place if you are in the market for a mattress.

We stopped by on Sunday about 20 minutes before the store opened and Kyle came to the door and welcomed us and invited us in even though they weren’t open. Asked a few questions and understood what we wanted. We had a great experience. Thanks Kyle.

This review is for a specific employee, Layne. The customer service that she provided was absolutely incredible. Our mattress delivery was delayed due to an oversight but Layne worked hard to correct this mistake. She was in constant contact, called when she said she would, and followed through on all of our questions and requests. She was empathetic and sincere in her approach to customer concerns. She is a true customer advocate and an asset to the company. Thanks again Layne!

Please read my earlier view also. We purchased a new mattress three day ago. It was delivered today. First, someone called me to explain our mattress was in stock and what day it would be delivered. We would receive a text to inform us of a two hour window in which it would be delivered. John and Andre called on that day to inform us that they were running early and asked if that was ok. They called again when they were finished with their last delivery and provided the time they would arrive. They removed the box springs and mattress. Then John offered to run the vacuum and dust bed frame and base board. They set up the mattress and actually even placed the skirt on the bed. I rarely see people that are passionate about their work and go beyond expectations. If you are in the market for a mattress don’t waste your time going to any other store. Kyle at the store, John and Andre delivery made this an great experience!

My husband and I went to 6 different places for beds from Purple to Sleep number and the bed we loved we found here and got a much better deal. Layne was awesome and went above and beyond to get us everything we wanted. Never have a been a mattress shopping tan but this was so easy!
