Poor delivery have waited a month and a half for sofa with three different delivery dates.
Very professional, friendly and kind. Love the knowledge of the Customer Rep Paulette R. I love love my dining table. I was able to get my furniture delivered a week after I ordered it. This was awesome because this was not the case with other furniture companies. Some I would had to wait until January of next year. The gentleman who delivered the furniture had on mask and protected my floors. They were quick and courteous. I highly recommend VCF! I'm a very satisfied Customer.
Pickup was very easy and efficient. My only issue when you place an order they don't contact you to let you know the item(s) are in. They contact you and tell you that you only have 1 or 2 days to pickup or the items will be returned to stock with a 15% restocking fee. It would be nice to be notified when your items first become available for pickup.
Historically my trips to VCF have been hit or miss. However in the last couple years, I have experienced an improvement in the quality of furniture, the ease and helpfulness of the sales staff as well as the efficiency, speed and care of the delivery and assembly team. And this isn’t just with one of the stores; I’ve been having great experiences with several stores. Thanks for the great products and responsive customer service!
