Payless 4 Furniture and Mattress

I had a situation whereby the mattress and box spring delivered to me was damaged (from the manufacture). However, I didn’t notice just how damaged it was until after the delivery guys left. After speaking with the GM the following day he resolved the problem! He gave me an even better box spring and mattress. And a $150 store credit in which I got a $79 mattress protector. No one is perfect, we all make mistakes. If one may encounter a problem, my advice is to give the company the opportunity to fix the issue.

We relocated here and in April decided to go here for our bedroom set. We purchased a king size bed dresser and mirror and a king mattress and box spring set. I was told that the set was the last one available (floor model). When delivered the dresser had scratches and chipped pieces and so did the frame for the bed. I tried contacting the person I dealt with and he basically always promised to do something and never did or he ignored me. I went into the store a few days later and there was another bed set just like mine and I realized I was lied to and we didn’t purchase the last set. The owner was in and not the person who sold me everything and I explained everything to him and he said he would handle it which he NEVER did. Fast forward to July we desperately needed some twin mattresses and a dining set. I looked around and was not having any luck. So we went back to this place. I spoke to the owner son and explained everything that happened in April. He apologized and said he would work with me for the things we needed. We ordered the mattresses and dining set and a couple $100 was taken off. Currently only 2 chairs out of 6 is put together because the dining set came with the WRONG SCREWS for the other chairs! This place is a joke and I feel like they just get over and say whatever they need to say to make a sell and do not care about customer satisfaction at all.

Bought a set of dressers with a mirror. Was delived next day, which is excellent. The guys did not put the drawers properly and one had chips. After multiply phone calls, emails and msg - 2 guys came back with a new drawer and re-set whatever needed to be done, pretty happy. 4 stars- it was difficult to get a response ud83dude15

Just went in and got exchange and was pleased with my service ..after speaking face to face I understand more ..and am thankful for peaceful resolution
