Just got a new phone ud83dude01 deff an upgrade from my last one . Customer service was great . I believe his name is Alex . Chill vibe . Great timing , was in an out . Very satisfied !

Metro by T-Mobile has a really good strength for cell services i rarely loose a signal on my mobile phone.
All I can say is that this was some of the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Linda was not only ignorant but showed no concern about my replacement phone. My husband has been waiting 2 weeks for the replacement on his warranty. I had to call metros national customer service to get any answers. I hope the manager can do something about the staff at his store. Not suitable to be dealing with the public .
The worker nice young lady very helpful on how to explain things and was nice and patience I recommend this store
