Honestly I think this T-mobile location is the best. I had the best experience with the employees there. I ported over from Verizon and have been happy ever since. The customer service at this location is really on point. I went in to trade in my 11 pro Max for a 12 pro max and the simplicity in the transaction was amazing due to the employees. They knew what they were doing, they got it done quickly and explained everything very well. Thank you so much and please be sure to reward your employees. They are worth it.

I went to the 848 Pelham Manor NY T-Mobile store to get a new phone and Jollie was EXCEPTIONAL!!! I have been to a couple of stores in the area, but her service deserves to be mentioned. Despite being the only staff in the store for a while, she welcomed everyone and was very pleasant! She went above and beyond to help me get a new phone and I am so grateful to her and her manager for being so kind! The store was clean and they really care about everyone! I’ll definitely go back there!

Roxy is one of the best customer service reps that I’ve dealt with. She’s professional and quite persuasive ud83dude0a in getting me to buy more than what I previously went there to get ( in a good way ........)Any customer heading to that branch please ask for “ Roxy”. You’ll get quality service.

ROXY IS THE BEST SALES PERSON IN THE BRONX. HER DETAILED EXPERTISE IS AWESOME. I WANNA ADD THAT THE MANAGER WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. KEILYN WAS ALSO VERY KIND AND HELPFUL AS WELL. THANK YOU GUYS!
