DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE WHEN PURCHASING FURNITURE! I bought my couch via acceptance now at the Green Acres Mall Ashley Furniture store. They informed me that my payments would be broken down into 90 day increments. What they failed to inform of is that If you do not pay within those 90 days you will continue to pay EVERY MONTH until you pay your furniture off in its entirety. That means for a $1000 couch you could end up actually paying twice a much for if not paid off within that window. This was tolerable considering what followed. I am normally not late and had auto pay set up. If you do not pay on the date your bill is due a woman named JASMINE will continue to call you every single day multiple times a day following that payment date in order to collect a date. It doesn't matter if you are 1 day over due or 14 days over due to them LATE IS LATE. What really disturbed me is this woman went as far as to calling my AUNT who is not even listed as an emergency contact on my account in order to try and gain contact with me. How do you fathom that it is okay to contact someone's relative in order to collect a debt. I was immediately livid and ended up filing a complaint with acceptance now. I was informed that I would be contacted by the district manager Kieran regarding the issue within 48 hours. HE STILL HAS NOT CONTACTED ME. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. You are better off purchasing through Ashley's Furniture directly
