They were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. I told them what I was interested in, they showed it to my son, who loved it. They had it in stock, apparently mattresses are sold rolled up in boxes now; it fit in my trunk and my son is sleeping peacefully on it tonight. I could not be happier.

Shopping around for a comfortable, and not so pricey mattress is daunting these days where everyone wants to sell you one. We made the decision to go to Mattress Firm because we its a mattress store. The experience was satisfying. Our sales representative Eric was very knowledgeable about all the brands even threw in his expert opinion with present mattress he had with the different brands he had purchased in his lifetime and very courteous . The price was right for us. I recommend Mattress Firm in New Rochelle, Ny.

Salesperson was very polite, informative, professional. He even came outside without a jacket to tie the mattress on top of my vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience. If you are a woman it would be your best experience. No stress. You have the customer is always right feeling
