After visiting a couple of different cabinet store fronts, I chose DKB Design. From my initial meeting with Vanessa through. the end of the project I was extremely impressed with the attentive service and fair prices.nVanessa took the time to answer all my questions and patiently walked me trough the whole process. Vanessa has an amazing sense of style and she was sensitive to my budget. I love my new kitchen!

Unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience with them. The very first time I entered it was an unfriendly environment. The gentleman that greeted me immediately proceeded to followed me but offered no help. I told him I was looking for bathroom floor and would like to look around. I identified a cabinet that I liked and inquired about it and chose some tiles and can go with it. I inquired if they had samples and was hesitant to affirm until I mentioned if I could buy it. He then said that I could leave a deposit. Fair and did. I returned the following day to return them and inquired about other types of floor and selected another tile. I returned to place the order for 3 cases and when I installed them I only needed 2 cases and was short 2 more tiles. I contacted to see if I could return the full case and just buy two or three additional tiles and he refused to accommodate with no explanation. Now I have a case that I cannot use. Other tile places were able accommodate for which I thought it would be possible to do with them. I was planning on redoing my kitchen with them but now I will not.nNo matter how small or big the order is a client should always feel that they will be supported. I should have seen the sign the minute I walked in. Unfortunately I can not recommend this place.
