Horrible, they sold to me a refurbished computer that crashed after a few months, it wiped out all of my files, they were able to get only some of my files back, I had dozens of videos on that computer that I needed to make my brother a wedding video that are now completely gone, which lead me to have to ask them to do data recovery, I gave them my memory card and I had to pay them $200 plus tax (I think they should have given me a bigger discount than that since I lost those videos because of them) and they were only able to recover half the videos (the other half I will never see again), there were a few errors and not half of all those videos were recovered, the guy refused to recover the rest, though he did give me a refund on the computer, he said that he would recover the rest if I paid him $15 an hour (even though It wasn't my fault that there were a few errors), I convinced him to recover the rest of the videos free of charge, but when I walked in to get the rest recovered I was told that he doesn't work there anymore, I tried to get the new guy to recover the rest but he tells me that there's nothing on my memory card, which I find very strange. Do not buy a refurbished computer from these people, plus they sell to you refurbished computers that require terabytes, and they charge you tons of money for them, why buy a computer that requires terabytes when you can buy a computer that doesn't need them.

I brought my laptop in to get my keyboard replaced. The service was wonderful and Eddie even gave my PC a tune-up so it's running even faster now! Would highly recommend.

I broke my iphone screen -- someone came in the evening (after work) to my home to fix it! It was so fantastic, and price was less than listed best buy. Very happy overall!!

Friendly, highly competent service capable of handling high-end (RAID-1) set-ups as well as garden variety home and business computers. Fairly priced, reasonably quick servce tailored to your specific needs. Definitely recommend.
