Beacon Banjo Co Inc

I have placed orders using Beacon Banjo’s website, when Bill Keith was still alive. I never had a problem with Bill filling the orders that I placed. I even asked Bill to give me his autograph on one order, which he did. He also gave me a Beacon Banjo ink pen, which I still treasure! I’m sorry to say that my May 2019 Beacon Banjo web order experience was not good. Apparently, Bill’s son has taken over the business. In my opinion he is doing a terrible job! He never responded to numerous emails and phone calls concerning issues with my May 2019 order. It’s just like no one is minding the store-He just sends the order out and forgets about it. While I’ve always tried to order directly from a family business (versus Amazon or music stores) I will never order banjo parts or items from Beacon Banjo again. I hope this is fair warning for others who want to order from Beacon Banjo-Do so at your own risk. Follow up customer service is non-existent.
