Very awkward vibe. EXTREMELY RUDE. Slow as hell. Very disappointing. We felt unwelcome and like a nuisance. Went in for bagels and sandwiches to take on our hike. The multigrain everything bagel was true multigrain - That was nice....Dirty, light bulbs out. Terrible customer service. Will not return. DO NOT RECOMMEND

What disrespectful and unmotivated staff the day I stopped in. Asking questions seemed to be an annoyance. Wanting a drink was an added hassle. The coffee was over cooked and the milk was cold so I had a burned cold vanilla latte that tasted like a burnt caramel something. I threw it out and some spilled on my hand. It was all I could smell the rest of the day. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the eggs were ridiculously over cooked and scrambled. Not over hard as this sandwich is supposed to be made. Powdered eggs or at least powdered after they were cooked were tasteless. They didn't even offer condiments which they did to their friends ahead of me. That group had nice service and a seemingly pleasant experience. Now for me if the food is bad but the service is good, I will try another visit. Not here.

Staff seemed bothered to have us in the store. When we tried ordering coffee they ignored us. We waited at the counter to grab someone else's attention and they told us to get out of the way as served the customer behind us. That only sparked an intense staff member to interrupt us and rudely demand what size coffee we want. Latkes: burnt, coffee: weak, both reflective of the attitudes of the staff working here.

I got a peanut butter cookie that tasted like freezer burn. And not very peanut buttery, mostly just a sugar cookie. The carrot cake cupcake - cake part was delicious. The icing seemed pretty old. It was firm and rubbery. Its too bad since i grew up loving this place.

I attempted to purchase some goodies a few months back and was immediately barked at about social distancing the moment I walked in the store from a very rude male employee. There was one other customer in the store. I was attempting to walk around her to give her the space to complete her order. I am a local, recurring customer and member of the healthcare community currently helping to fight COVID. Perhaps, David you should revamp your entrance to make it more COVID considerate. Unfortunately, I will not return to this establishment to support local business.
