The young man that helped us figure out how to use Boost on the iphone we had was very knowledgeable. The salesperson who was taking care of us had told us it couldn't be done so we were lucky to have this young man make it work. We like using Boost very much, it fits our needs, the price is decent and no contracts.nnWe needed to make some changes to our plan for traveling purposes and Diana was very helpful with it.

It's not bad..just that counter agent's not that knowledgeable with phone service.and they need to smile when helping customers.not give dirty looks
