Very happy I came here, instead of the one closer to home. My old iPhone was glitching terribly, battery diminished etc and it was time for a new one. Joe was fantastic. Best cell phone experience period in 12 years so far. Fast, easy, and even added some nice extras to get me started and protect devices. I’m coming here from now on and recommending it, this is the level of service I wish everywhere maintained. Five stars, talk to joe!

I have personally never had a bad experience coming here! I may have to wait a little longer because the techs are helping other customers, but I know when it becomes my turn. They will give me the considerate time and respect I need to take care of whatever situation I may need! I have been coming here for the last 4-5 years. And even if I am not buying something they will still take the time to help me and make sure I am taking care of. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Just be patient if it is busy! There is a reason they are busy! Its called service!

Joseph’s customer service was nothing short of impeccable. He stayed almost 45 minutes after closing in order to wait for my data to transfer to my new phone and even maintained a sense of humour while doing so. He was extremely knowledgeable as well as kind and patient. 10/10 experience.
