I cannot thank Amanda's Bakery enough for the beautiful anniversary cake! My husband and I love it. I found this bakery merely through google and research, trying to find someone who would capture my vision and put effort into their work when it comes to style, details, and flavor. And they did just that! I called them and placed my custom cake order over the phone, in confidence, knowing I had never even step foot in this bakery before. They were very friendly and accommodating. Responded to my inquiry right away and made the process very smooth. And reasonably priced as well!nnFrom style and details to taste, we are very impressed! The cake was very moist and the buttercream and mousse were light, airy and not overly sweet. I will definitely refer them to family and friends in the future. Thanks again!

Such a nice local bakery! I will use them for all my dessert needs because of my recent amazing customer service experience with them. I ordered a cupcake sample for my gender reveal party And I wasn’t crazy about how the design looked initially but the girl was really nice and they redid the frosting on the spot for me to another design that I did like. I really appreciated it, so I definitely give 5 stars. I wanted to make sure I liked how it looked before ordering the whole order and they were very understanding. I’m looking forward to my cupcakes! I highly recommend their carrot cake and cream cheese frosting cupcakes btw. (I changed my other order for my party to cream cheese frosting because it was so good.)

I visited this place on a whim after seeing it featured in the local news.nnAmanda's makes the best rainbow cookies I've ever had in my life. I also got a pecan tart and a raspberry/almond tart, both of which were terrific as well. Will definitely be going back!

I highly recommend Amanda’s bakery for their quality and delicious cakes, specialty pies and variety of treats for every season and make your own cookie kits. My kids especially adore their cupcakes, cake pops & rainbow cakes. My family and I loved ordering from them because it is always a good experience getting ready for a special occasion without having to deal with unnecessary hassles, their staff is courteous, punctual, friendly & their location is accessible. They deliver the most exquisite and custom made cakes that look like masterpiece arts. They give the ultimate magical touch to our events. I love their superb professionalism and would always look forward to our next event just to have another piece of Amanda’s bakery cake.

I live right down the street from Amanda’s Bakery in Bay Shore and could not be happier to live so close! Finally we have an amazing bakery in the town! Everything I have tried has been a 10/10.. from the pies to cakes to breads to a custom black and white cookie order for my friends baby! I just love this place!! I met Amanda the owner when she first opened up and she was so kind and thankful for our business! highly recommend!
