Verizon Authorized Retailer - TCC

I came into the Cobleskill Verizon store with issues on my wife’s iPhone 6s. Rory Hughes took the time to look over the phone to try and fix it. Upon 30 minutes of diagnosing the phone it was rendered not fixable. We discuss the new iPhones and with his knowledge and experience with came to purchase a iPhone SE. He transferred all my wife’s information and we left very happy and pleased with his work. We will always come back to TCC knowing they have people like Rory to help us

Nice friendly but they definitely do need more people on staff my wife and i have been here for an hour another couple been here for an hour and a half. The only bad thing about this store is the speed

Friendly, Professional and Knowledgeable.nKudos to Danny and Keith. Being a retired couple, we didn't need all the bells and whistles that the new phones offer. We did our research and knew what we thought was the best replacement phone for us. To our surprise they both agreed!!! We had visited two other stores and were being pressured into purchasing a phone that was beyond our needs.nDanny took the time to show us comparisons and in the end agreed with our choice. Keith also agreed. The icing on the cake was when we questioned a price discrepancy, (online versus their price). They honored the online cost .nAlthough we live an hour away, this is our go-to store. Thank You!!!

TCC Cobleskill has been great to us over the years. We have quite a few lines as a local small business and they have always helped with a great solution to any of our requests. Keith has been helping us a lot over the past couple of years and our whole team has grown to appreciate and rely on his expertise. I highly recommend TCC and recommend Keith to anyone.
