Panera Bread

I asked for chips with all of my meals. They gave me bread with everything instead. I also asked that they give me the salad dressing containers on the side which they didn't do. I did not want them inside of the salad container laying on top of & touching the salad I'm going to eat. The coronavirus is still going on for safety etc...... There are many places I can spend my money @ & get good service, food & what I wanted & paid for. I will have to check everything before I leave if I decide to go there again.

This location is a love hate relationship. Love how close it is to my house, love the food! But I can’t always leave my car if my kids are with me. It’s a hit or miss with curbside pickup, have sat outside for 45 minutes before waiting!

Great food and service, and once you order and sit down, it's a very short wait for your fresh food. The diversity of a menu allows for great food options for any occasion!

Had a good experience!! Drive-thru was surprisingly fast and easy, and with the amount of munchies I'm gonna have now. It's good to know there's a healthier drive-thru option with no compromise

Ordered online for a pick up order on our way to the airport. When we got to the location we found that the dining room was now open so we decided to eat in. Called ahead to make sure this would be okay. The staff person who answered the phone was very friendly as were the other 2 staff people we interacted with when we arrived. Our order was ready soon after our arrival and the order was accurate. That’s why I gave this place 2 stars. The dining room was filthy!!! I don’t know how long they’ve been open, but it doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned since quarantines began in March! There were signs on tabletops specifying which were available for use & which weren’t. They could have opted out of the signs & written the messages in the dust on the top of the tables! Cobwebs & other dirt were everywhere! I understand that they were probably in a hurry to open once given the okay from the State, but they should have spent some time cleaning first!nnInteresting to note that the management hasn’t replied to any of these reviews! Shame on them!
