Hoosick True Value Hardware

So superior to the much nearer to me Ace True Value in Cambridge. A Much larger selection of product, excellent and knowledgeable customer service. Really, top of the line in hardware stores.

Pretty friendly people pretty good stock reasonably well-organized overall pretty good store

Looks small from the roadside but turns out to be a well-stocked place with a lot of stuff in stock that someone at Home Depot wouldn't even know the name of. Better stocked for actual DIYers and homesteader types, including the things I struggle to find at bigger stores, like chimney sweeps, ash buckets, all the gauges of stove pipe you'd need.

Great for plumbing needs and they cut glass there too!!!

Wonderful hardware store clean laid out nicely and plenty of materials large and small.
