I had a very pleasant experience with Pet Haven! I called beforehand and the lady was very friendly and welcoming on the phone. When I brought my turtle in the office feels very warm and welcoming as well. You’re surrounded by beautiful urns and jewelry which makes it feel like your loved one is in good hands. Their prices are the best around! Sue was very kind and compassionate about animals. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone whose lost a fur or reptile friend! I've used them 2 times cuz I thought there was no one else,,Gave me way too much ash for the size dog & in a cheesy metal can cuz I couldn't afford their very expensive stuff... I found Peacefull Pets & I have used since & are phenomenal, beautiful velvet bag, in a beautiful wooden box w/ foot print on a poem card INCLUDED in price, which is same for every weight pet $125, Fabulous people, fabulous services worth the drive to Kirkville Rd. ...
