CNY Home Improvements just finished a complete reconstruction of our master bathroom. The process from the first day to the last day was incredibly satisfying. The computer-based design process made it very easy to envision what our new bathroom would look like. The designer we worked with was so helpful - she really aided us in the decision making. Ryan, who was our estimator, did a superb job and we stayed on budget to the end of our project. Bob, the supervisor in charge of installation, checked in with us regularly to insure things were going as planned. Mike, our carpenter, was with us daily and never ceased to amaze us with his expertise. A true craftsman! The entire team that worked with us for installation and follow up was outstanding, clean, trustworthy, and very detail oriented. We sincerely recommend CNY Home Improvements!!

I was asked to leave a review after our kitchen project was completed. Most of the time I don't bother taking the time to review places, but with CNY I felt I owed them this much. First, I'd have to say the thing I loved most about CNY was their team. My wife and I heard about them through a friend who hosted a kitchen party to celebrate her new kitchen remodel, that happened to be done by CNY Home Improvements. Everything was stunning and my friend hasn't been able to stop talking about how happy they were with the job. We had been talking over the idea of remodeling our own kitchen for a few years, but this is what motivated us to give them a call for a free estimate. Ryan was our estimator, and he worked with us every step of the way. From measuring out the dimensions of our kitchen to sitting down with us trying to get a clear picture of what we wanted. We then went into their showroom to pick out everything from counter-top and cabinets, to flooring and lighting, of which they have a great number of choices on display in their showroom. We worked with one of their lead designers who was able to show us a 3D layout of what our kitchen would look like with the product we chose. We had gotten a few other estimates, two of which were significantly higher, and one lower. Price is always a factor but between the professionalism from CNY Home Improvements and my friends experience with CNY is what truly sold us. Their installer was amazing, we trusted him in the house and he always cleaned up before he left each day. There was one small snafu with our faucet, we received the wrong finish. However, CNY had someone here by the end of the day with the correct one. Honestly, remodeling projects can be stressful, and it's hard to find a contractor that you can trust. CNY took the stress right out of it and left us with a brand new kitchen just in time for the new year. 10/10 Recommended! Great job to CNY Home Improvements and their Team!

They have a showroom. I watched them grow. They had a 10’x10’ trade show booth with a single table and a flyer. A few years later, they moved into a giant building that was often empty. They hired, subbed and networked with a lot of friends, family and acquaintances of mine. Ryan is a really nice guy. It sounds to good to be true, but it’s actually a flattering story. Now, they are all over. They keep families, friends and most importantly, projects together. I even spoke with their father yesterday at the Home and Garden Show at the Fairgrounds. Hire this cream.
