Although there was a glitch with our delivery it was quickly remedied. Also, one of the mattresses purchased turned out to be too tall to fit under our daybed trundle. The delivery personnel were great in attempting to try to make it work and offer suggestions. A phone call to our sales person Ed and he again worked expedite a fix to the issue. Clearly customer service and satisfaction are top priority with this company.
