Delivery is an option but we didn't require it.nnHad a great first night's sleep.nnGene took the time to show us the features about the different mattress styles they make right here in Syracuse.nnWill be recommending this store to friends and family.

Great American made, reasonable prices. No high pressure gimmicks. Made right here on Erie Blvd.

Poor quality. I bought a king size mattress and box spring not even 3 months later. Its sagging and worn out. Mind you for someone who weighs 132 and 180 this shouldn't happen so fast. Then we get told to bad what a rip off

Ordered a queen mattress and a box spring. I was told the delivery drivers would remove my old mattress and set up the new one. They did neither. They showed up a half an hour before they were supposed to thankfully I was home from work. The older gentleman asked me to help him bring my mattress and box spring out to the truck. He grabbed the Box with the frame and walked inside. The gentleman in the truck had me take both queen mattresses out of the truck and walk them into my house. The older gentleman walks out and says I guess that's it huh. I look inside and noticed that he never set up the frame, he never even took the mattresses out of the plastic and he never set my bed up the other guy never even left the truck. Then I noticed the box spring was wrong. So I basically paid money to move my own bed out of my apartment into a truck move another bad into my house and have no frame set up.
