One of the worst companies I have ever done business with. I purchased an $80k register system in 2019. In less than a year they decided to pull out of the territory that I am in leaving me with no support for my software or hardware. Anyone in the grocery business knows that you can't operate a supermarket without register system support. I have placed dozens of calls to dozens of Dumac employees and management to see if they could offer remote support and they won't even do that. No choice other than to buy a new system from Truno.

Crooks, they Rob the customer, never give credit for return items, charge them for stuff not needed, poor management
