The customer service is outstanding! I stopped in to use the FedEx drop off service. After a week of frustration and a major headache, the store manager Brook, and assistants helped me solve my issue. With a smile. True customer service! I followed their advice, problem solved . Headache gone. Thank you Brook and Staff, excellent!

This store was nothing but amazing when helping my family & I prepare for my grandpa's funeral. Everything was last minute with the programs, the poster and cards; but they were so precise and easy to work with. They also offered us discounts with helped with the costs. Thank you!!

Wanted to post a THANK YOU SO MUCH to the manager at OfficeMax in North Syracuse for being so helpful with my printer situation on Monday. Just became unemployed and monies are tight - had problems with printer stating no ink while trying to print papers for SNAP. Took the cartridges to OfficeMax. The manager instructed me to clean the printer (if you don't use it a lot, the ink clogs). I was almost out of black ink anyway, so was going to spend the $60-plus to replace the cartridges --- but instead she took the cartridge's as a return!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

Purchased an office chair back in may. Great customer service in helping me with my purchase. Had a problem with the piston lift on the chair in September. Ron quickly located a new one and exchanged it for me. Not only that but he assembled the new one maintaining a can do and cheerful manner throughout. That kind of service can't be matched. If you have an issue see Ron and he will take care of it.

Great office supply place having products in stock used a lot and often. Curbside pickup was fast and easy. Employee did all the heavy lifting and took time to organize my purchases to avoid damage.
