The employees did a great job getting us as soon as we walked in the door, and were amazingly Professional and knowledgeable. They had my husband and I in and out of there with our activated apple watches in less time than other T-Mobile locations we’ve visited. Everyone there was great, Jaime helped us with our purchase and he was fantastic, we will definitely visit the Cicero location for our future needs with T-Mobile.

Came in bc I’m going on vacation tomorrow and realized my current service wouldn’t work in Mexico. Carmen was so helpful and even helped me upgrade to a new phone!! Thankful he was here, so helpful and now I’ll be more comfortable on vacation. 10/10 recommend, deserves a raise!

The guys at T-Mobile in Cicero are super awesome! Jamie is soo knowledgeable and always ready to fix a problem or help set up a new phone or whatever. Jaylin is always super helpful as well. Brendon was super patient in helping to resolve a defective device situation. Hats off to a great team! Thanks for always going above and beyond. You guys ROCK!!
