Generally, I am a big Gamestop fan. This visit was an exception. Don't get me wrong, the staff was great. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. However, the store was EMPTY! I understand that the holiday season probably took a lot of inventory. But, 2 weeks later, there should be fewer empty shelves. Whoever is controlling the inventory for this store, whether locally or otherwise, is slacking.
Taylor went above and beyond to help me sort out an issue with an online order because it was a unique case. Was on the phone with their people for a good 30-45 minutes trying to sort it out when he could have just quit after the first 5 minutes when the first person said they didn't know. He kept going anyway. Then after all was said and done (turns out my order never processed though the website gave me an order confirmation and number -- not his fault at all) he was apologetic anyway and then helped me find a perfect headset since I was asking for comfort over everything. Definitely would recommend this gamestop location 10/10 times
Friendly and knowledgable staff the time I went. Store was a little cluttered and some product looked a little dinged up which isnt good for collectibles they sell
They always let me sell my games and never judge me for it. Love it lol
