Dunkin'

I ordered iced coffee, what I got instead was beige water. Couldn't taste any coffee or flavor shot or cream or sugar. & there was barely any ice? I'm very certain somebody literally just gave me water with a teaspoon of coffee in it. I ordered a donut & got some kind of cream filled pastry instead after I was told there was nothing in it & that it was a donut. It was literally the worst experience I have ever had at dunkin donut. aren't they supposed to pride themselves on their coffee? Don't bother going to this location, there's better ones who will actually give you coffee instead of beige water within a couple miles. what i was given was grotesque. what i was given should be considered a crime against humanity.

Love to treat myself to DD when the opportunity arises. Ordering from the app makes it so much easier to get in and out. I usually deal with the staff on Taft Road, but recently have dealt with the staff on Rt. 11/Bear Rd., and on Rt. 298 and the staff at each one have all been very nice. I love DD!

It was very busy but the staff was on point and got orders out in a timely manner. Good job done by all.
