so i go here a couple of times a month for the last six months and i am done my drinks are never stirred and this is how i got my large cappuccino today up not even half way full and you can tell where the foam stopped. This is happening to much or they don’t put the whipped cream and caramel on top of your drink when you asked and paid for it. Not any more!

Awful we live out of town. We literally live an hour away. We have been to this dunkin 3 times in the past two months. All of our visits there have been filled with rude customer service and empty requests. Ask a question at the speaker to be responded to with snappy rude attitude. Over you not having a product in. They are always out of stock of a lot of product. You see you run out of bagels daily... stock more!!! Shifty management if you ask me. I have been in the service industry for years and I don’t think it’s to hard to do your job. Get a new one if you hate what you do. I don’t understand people..

By far the worst DD in Central NY! Also, you're on the busiest road in Central NY and you close at 7pm. Service sucked and the last two times my coffee was made wrong.
