Robbie is amazing!!!! Been with him 28 years. So Helpful and accommodating no matter what the situation. I think I have purchased every item possible in the store and have been so satisfied. Recently, we had a tree fall in the kitchen and needed to purchase multiple appliances and cooktops to improvise as the kitchen was worked on. Love my appliances and PC Richards!! Marty is so attentive, friendly and helpful. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store across categories, takes his time with you and answers all of your questions. He went above and beyond the expected customer service. We purchased two televisions with his guidance and came back for a BBQ grill and accessories shortly after. We are extremely satisfied with both purchases. Steve, the store manager, was also a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Marty and Steve at PC Richards Rockville Centre.
