The staff there is always very helpful and will spend time with you answering questions and assisting with your purchase. Typically very satisfied with my visits here. My dad's been shopping here for years and has a senior discount.
I called the store to verify if they had a particular item in stock that they website said they had in their inventory before I drove over their. When I called, the store employee picked up and when I asked if the item was in their inventory she hung up the phone. I Immediately called back and another store employee picked up and had an attitude as if I was bothering them and transferred me to another employee. The next employee seemed frustrated because he was not familiar with the item that the website was doing a promo for and placed me on hold for 15 minutes. Then guess what...some one picked up the phone said hello and when they heard it was the same customer hung up the phone..not disconnected but hung up cause u could hear them struggle to end the call on the receiver. Thats fine....I will gladly spend my $900.00 at amazon and take all of my future buisness to home depot. You get a 10 on for non existing customer service and being rude to first time potential customers. So much for gaining customer loyalty.
It's fine. They have most of what you'll need. Easy to get out. They do a good job at the register.
Ed was friendly and attentive when I arrived at the store. Dean at the register was also great and helpful. I love going to ACE because everyone is so nice and patient. Great staff!
I support the small business. And there are always helpful staff.. I always get what I go for without any hassle.. Island park, oceanside, Hewlett, valley stream rockville centre..
