Floor Decor

After stopping at several flooring places and getting terrible service I'm beyond satisfied with the experience I had at Floor Decor. I should've stopped here first. The owner Glenn is very knowledgeable and taught me the difference between engineered wood and traditional hardwood and spent a ton of time with me. My floors look amazing I couldn't be happier. The installers were excellent too. Whenever anyone I know needs any flooring or anything for their home. This is where I send them. Thanks Glenn and his staff for the amazing experience and dealing with all my questions. 5 STARS!

Terrible service....Store management went out of their way to satify my complaint which turned out to be an error with communication technical difficulties...for that alone I give my 5stars

Nice place to shop for very good carpets and rugs

We went to buy tiles for my kitchen in floor decor. We picked out the tiles and ordered thems for a certain price per pcs. The price was on the back of tile as told by salesperson. Paid for thems in full and was told the next day that the tiles were not the correct price on tiles. They did not honor the price on tile sticker. They refund our money and wasted our time in the store. Poor salesman ship by store. Not recommending nobody about tile store.ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e
