Yound lady working there was very rude and the store smells burnt

I originally bought from Leonardo’s around 2009 or 2010 from the Green Acres store that is now closed. I initially bought a living room set from them. They were very professional and the furniture was great. So I decided to purchase a bedroom set from them ......due to the Green acres store being closed I went to the Rockville center location , the owner was very nice at the time and I shared with him how happy I was with my living room set that I had to come back to his company. Moving forward I purchased a bedroom set for my 12 year old daughter.....her bedroom set was delivered in March of this year at the end of September the bottom piece that holds up her boxspring broke. I called the store to let them know and the lady said to send her pictures which I did once she received it she said she would send someone out that Friday to fix the bed. Thursday came I didn’t get any phone call confirming anyone was coming out to fix it. I called the store to see what was the status she said they’re backed up and she doesn’t know when anyone was going to come out... I was pissed! I asked her to speak to the owner and she told me the owner wasn’t there so I said I would call back. After I hung up the owner who she said wasn’t there called me back accusing me of threatening his stafff..... and he said he doesn’t have to do anything for me he would do it out of courtesy (his exact words) and as soon as they have delivery in my neighborhood they would come and fix the bed. I said so my daughter should be without a bed for months. He said no if not this weekend it will be next week. Today is next week still no call, nor an update. My personal opinion is as long as their getting your money they’re nice, but as soon as you have an issue they become nasty. I know things happen and I’m more upset of how they went about handling this situation. I use to speak highly of this company but not anymore...they lost my business .

Very fair prices! Purchased a sofa from here a few weeks ago and have really been loving it. Not really sure why anyone would give this place a bad review. Don't listen to them, this place has everything you need and the people that will take care of you
