I ordered a snow shovel online to be picked up at this location. It was said to be in stock and available for pick up same day. When I arrived at the store, I was told that the shovel was not in stock and I would have to wait for another shipment to come in. I explained that the website had said in stock and same day pick up and, through I had come prior to receiving the “ready for pick up” email due to the fact that I was already on the road and the weather was getting progressively worse, no effort was made to even check. I was simply told they were out of stock on snow shovels. Though this didn’t make sense, I asked that they simply cancel the order as I needed it for the next day. A short while later, I happen to receive an email saying the order was ready for pick up...

My husband and I have been looking everywhere for black mulch and couldn't find anywhere that had it in stock or wanted to overcharge for delivery. So I called this location and they not only had the amount we needed in stock, but they were so accommodating with my order and curbside pickup. The associates who loaded the product into my car were careful and did a really good job, I wish I had cash on me I would've given them a tip. The only thing I did not like was one of the female associates handed me my receipt through my window without gloves. I would've preferred it taped to the bags instead. Other than that, great service and availability of items.
