Pharaoh's Hairum Salon and Spa

I had a spa manicure with gel polish and a spa pedicure for my birthday at the Pharaoh's Hairum in Fairport. The people are friendly and professional, and Julietta made my manicure and pedicure experience a special and relaxing treat.

I called from the car out front at 10:30 to say we had arrived for our 10:30 appointment and at that time was informed that the stylist was running late and could get us in in 30 minutes. We had plans so could not wait. I asked if they normally call to tell a client if there is a delay and they said no. I spoke with the manager later who actually hung up on me when I asked if they typically inform of a a delay. I was treated poorly and was only looking for an apology. Sad.I only planned to go because of cheap prices- you get what you pay for!nEdit after response from owner: I did specifically ask for Victoria when scheduling the appointment. Your records do not go back to when my daughter saw her. I did not want who she previously went to because “my 12 year old” daughters hair was butchered by the other stylist. As I said, I was loot for an apology for not being notified of a 30 minute wait in the car and that didn’t happen and please don’t lie- we asked for Victoria when scheduling the visit.

Becca does phenomenal work. She has excellent attention to detail, and really listens to her client's wants and requests. Her cuts are great, but her color is amazing!!

Last week I had my second Facial with Angela. She always greets me with a smile! Her room is warm and comforting with soft music and and lights. She asks how my skin has been feeling and always has just the thing for that! The peel she suggested is amazing! The treatments after the peel are even better! Angela gives a great hand, arm and shoulder massage. She can sense the tension and ease it away. I left feeling incredibly relaxed with clean, clear, hydrated skin and can't wait for my next facial!
