I was hopeful to get my phone plan upgraded. My phone has been acting up as well. I went in to get it looked at the gal who helped me just tries to get me to buy a new phone. Not helpful I have a phone my son doesn't. I left still unable to use my phone. She neglected the fact that I tried to increase my phone plan and ADD a line ud83eudd14 I still have no phone for my son, my phone is still needing help and my plan is still the same. Not helpful

The only reason why I am giving this a 5 star is because of Alma,Jennifer and Fabian.They have great customer service.They're always polite and they have a welcoming attitude whenever I come in or call.nSo I called in to ask a question about my account because I received a message saying I made a payment towards my account when I did not. I asked who I was speaking with after a sales women answered the phone and she gave me a smart tone voice as to why do I need her name,Olivia. I like to talk to the employees knowing their names sometimes. While I was telling her the reason for my call,she interrupted me and asked a question that i thought it was for me but it was for another customer and she told me sorry I was talking to a customer,am I not a customer also? Felt disrepected while she still had that smart tone voice the whole time.
