They're managing the pandemic well. I made an appointment (online) in advance and didn't have to wait outside long. The store staff swapped my equipment very quickly with no fuss, and minimum of paperwork.
I'm being charged for a box I don't have. Should have came off over a year ago. I have to take pictures of the two boxes I use and go back a stand in line outside in the smoke. I'm disappointed. The man helping me was nice, their policy is rediculous.
Horrible customer service. I told the door guy that I wanted to upgrade 2 lines and get iPhones. He tells me to wait that someone will be with me soon. I wait 20 minutes, and another staff comes and calls my name, I tell her what I want to do and she takes forever to pull my account just to tell me that they are out of IPhones. What didn’t someone told me that from the beginning?

I return there modems in summer 2018. I have been using my own device since that. But they are still changing me every month 12 dollars extra because they are really really good thieves. Can you imagine how many people using their services if they stell 10 dollars from each customers and they have more than 100 million users. 100 million times 10 equal one billion dollars each month. That is called business. F..... this Thief company.
