Came in today to resolve an old account and billing! I was greeted at my car by a representative ( Maddie M) who went above and beyond to fix my issue! She was friendly attentive and knowledgeable. She also was courteous using safe protocols to protect us as customers
The lady that helped me was super helpful and nice! This place has a nice positive vibe.
Rude. Hung up on me when I was talking! Didn't even ask if I had any more questions or if there was anything else he can help me with. Acting like he didn't know what I was talking about regarding my phone whn there's countless complaints about a issue regarding a certain phone. Didn't even care to ask to set a appointment to come in to resolve the issue or anything!!
The customer service at this store is horrible. I came to the store because I needed help with my prepaid SIM card that I purchased online. Instead of helping me with that, the CS rep denied any responsibility with my online purchase and tried to convince me to buy a new service at the store. He flat out told me that the T-mobile website that I showed him and the Sim with T-mobile sleeve are not really T-mobile!!! This is absurd.nnT-mobile, if this is how your CS rep treats customers, you bet that customers will move to other carriers.
Terrible service one guy was extremely rude to me.
