I have use IT Source for over 15 years and Chris is the best. I have never had any problems and his crew always has fixed mine. I completely trust IT Source. I have 5 locations and over 70 employees.
Referred by a colleague, I attempted to first make contact with IT Source via their online contact form. This resulted in a 404 error, which is an interesting failure for an IT company. Since I was specifically referred, I phoned IT Source for information about getting my company's Cyber Security on track. I spoke with Mr. Rowe, who apparently heads up their Healthcare security consultant services. We had a decent discussion about our need and set up a follow-up meeting to discuss our case in more detail and had planned to likely move forward with a site visit. Unfortunately, IT Source failed to follow-up according to the plan they created and never attempted to make contact again. Certainly not the impression I'm looking for when considering security needs - we need someone who does what they say they'll do. While I definitely understand that our needs may not be exactly up the alley of every IT company, simply stating that information, or following up and explaining that our needs might be outside their scope is basic professional conduct. I phoned two other companies who responded quickly and made good on their commitments. These guys could be the best around, but the first step is communication.
