Update- last couple months I've been stopping in more. I get their 'Dark' roast, but it seems the exact same as this locations regular roast. it's decently good, but very light if i compare to other Panera locations. The wait staff is friendly when I'm friendly to them.nnOverall the place seems good, but could be better.nn--nnThe food and ambiance were really good, the people taking orders were being weird and a bit rude, the people making food were really nice. I'll order from a kiosk next time.
Great service and very easy take out process. The food is fresh and delicious.
Was picking up food that I ordered online for the first time & then proceeding to walk out when the lady at the front is yelling ma’am repeatedly to me in front of customers. I had the door open to exit when she tells me I need to turn around & follow the arrows on the floor because of covid, which is fine, except doesn’t say anything to the man who clearly just before me exited while I was coming in.
Penfield location on Fairport Nine Mile Point Rd is the worst Panera Bread location around. Employees are consistently rude, lazy and overall unprofessional. Orders are frequently incorrect (either wrong ingredients or improperly prepared) and employees get annoyed if you ask for them to correct anything. Overall, good idea to avoid this specific location if you can.
Good food, great service and clean. Option to order remotely using tablets. Safety measures are being taken. Indoor and outdoor seating.
