Dunkin'

I waited in line behind 2 cars i was there at 7:48 and i received my coffee at 8:19. This made my daughter late for work. Not to mention when I got up to pay i see 3 workers just holding things talking, not moving in a normal pace even. On a seperate visit I again waited but only like 10 min. Anyway I tasted my coffee and I'm allergic to the stuff in sugar free syrups I asked him to make one without sugar free, he told me it wasn't sugar free and that i did this all the time, that i come everyday and nothing is right, i said excuse me but I'm allergic, he interrupted me and was very rude in what he was saying. I asked to talk to a mgr. And he told me he was a mgr. And he wasn't going to accommodate me. I hadn't gone back until today, awful service and zero customer service.

Pulled in with a horse trailer so went into lobby. Was rudely told to get out immediately as lobby was closed and we had to go to drive through. Walked around to the drive though to order and the same man waited on us. He was very snippy and not at all friendly. Will not be going back.

The best dunkin in the area! I've been frequenting this location for a few years and I am never disappointed. I hate to admit it, but I am a bit picky about my coffee. And the staff here consistently makes a cup that is perfect, whether iced or hotud83dudc4c the staff is so friendly and even on the occasion where they are out of a particular item, they make sure to replace it with something I enjoy. We got there at 6:03pm and walked into the lobby where we were promptly told we needed to leave they were closed. Not customer friendly at all and quite rude.

Usually good but when they are busy they can be very rude. I had a man tell me that you people are ordering too much of that so it will be a wait. A woman repeated back my order and it was wrong so I corrected her she got all upset and yelled at me then ended up making the coffee wrong anyway. How hard is large, 2 splenda 1 cream? Yesterday morning I went and nobody was waiting in drive thru and they were nice and my coffee was perfect.
