I don't know where to begin. I wish the scale went to 10 stars. I have a Herman Miller Aeron chair that's about 25 years old that would no longer tilt backwards. I was about to buy a new or refurbished chair and stumbled upon Adam's website. From the initial response to my inquiry and speedy professional response, to the well prepared, exceptional job at my home which included:nnDrop cloth, offer to repair my chair outdoors if I had any concerns about COVID, incredibly inexpensive, overall inspection to be sure there was nothing else that needed repair. Tips on maximizing features, and other chair recommendations should I want to purchase one in the future. Guidance on how to preserve the life of my chair.nnIf you are looking for an incredibly talented competent technician with deep expertise in the field, look no longer.
