Every time I go here I receive nothing but attitude immediately. The afternoon/night crew seem as if they hate their jobs with a passion! It is also a hit or miss with my order. I even had hair in my donut bag before by these same employees working the afternoon/night shift. The manager seriously needs to have a discussion with certain employees regarding how to talk to people and how to properly make drinks and serve food.

Extremely inconsistent with the taste, bad attitude, and struggle to understand basic drink requests. I asked for a caramel iced coffee with oat milk and was given a cup of iced “coffee” that had no taste of caramel and had cream and oat milk. It tasted like a cup of milk and was not what I ordered. I understand that mistakes happen, however this occurs almost every time I visit. At this point when I order I can’t leave the parking lot until I try the drink because often times I have to ask them to remake it. Regardless of bad drinks, they constantly respond with snappy and rude attitudes. They also are always out of donuts which is annoying.

They have great coffee and iced Drinks. The mid day/night crew are always friendly and make your order properly and to a T.. James and Tony are 2 of the best employees here. ud83dude01
