I bought a Groupon and wanted to try Hair laser removal. So far I have not been disappointed. The owner was very accommodating and very friendly. Making an appointment was very easy and flexible. They spoke English. My first appointment they were still renovating and I knew that from the beginning. The second appointment it was completely renovated and it was clean and quite. They did a nice job. I will review again once I am completely done. I am so glad I got it done.

I was visiting the area from Miami and wanted to kill some time and get a facial. While, it was a last minute idea and on a Saturday to top it off, the person whom I spoke to by the name of Alexandra was super accommodating and sweet over the phone. Even though she was booked, she squeezed me in. Once I got there I was greeted,, by 2 other friendly ladies by the name of Carmen and Diani (I hope I got it right) and met Alexandra, who would later be the person to do my facial. The entire experience was pleasant from the appointment to the actual time of. I would highly recommend anyone needing a facial or anything else to come visit this location! They were a true pleasure! And my face looks and feels awesome!!!

Don't waist your money like I did. Hair is growing back shortly after you stop going. People should post their reviews after 5/6 visits so it would be accurate. They use equipment that looks like a cheap ultrasound and have to apply a liquid jello before the procedure. Don't waist your money like I did. Go to Manhattan where you get a way better service with real equipment and good results. Not to mention the owner is making different rules and she's very rude when you look for your rights. Bad business. Not to mention when you call for anything most of the time ppl don't speak English.

This was my first time ever doing laser and the staff made it so comfortable for me. I was initially nervous about what to expect but I was walked through the whole process while my areas were being worked on. The ladies were really knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I was out in under half an hour. I would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to my monthly sessions.

No need to schlep to the city for quality service! I live in the Riverdale area and it's hard to commute to the city for laser hair removal. Lucky enough I find Blue Skin Laser Spa and did my first session. So glad I found this place!nnThey have the newest equipment, the facility was clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. Alexandra, the technician I had was so sweet and I look forward to returning for my future appointments.
