I came here once a few years back, so I decided to make an appointment and come back this past Saturday to get my hair done with my daughter. I made an appointment for 3pm. We had to wait a little while but it was worth the wait. I would definitely come back. I was impressed how they were able to blow my daughter's natural hair out and get it to stay. 4 days later her hair is still bouncy and flawless. I will definitely be coming back again once I need my hair re-colored thank you again!!

I walked in and showed the lady exactly what I wanted. she gave me a price and then at the time of payment she switched it up. my nails look nothing like what I asked for. if she didn't know how to do what I asked she should of just been honest and I would of picked something else. but no she just wanted to charge me extra. never going here again

They're not doing any regular service. The pedicure comes with gel you like it or not same with the nails. This is the way for them to make more money since there was closed down all this time. the pedicure is 8/10 and is $40 Manicure 7/10 $25

So, I made an appointment to get a Manicure and Pedicure for today and when I get to 227 East 149th street, they tell me that they are not doing any pedi or mani. So, why would you make an appointment at that location? I will never make another appointment with you establishment again and THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME!!!!

I made an appointment last week for a pedicure at 8:55 am today. I arrived at 8:50 am to wait until 9:26 am to be told my appointment has been canceled oh and yes I made a 10:30 am pedicure appointment for my bff so obviously hers was canceled as well.nL
