Rejuve Face and Body Spa

Arrived in area 15 minutes before my appointment. The area is so congested, that it is nearly impossible to find parking. The parking lots nearby were full to capacity. It took me 30 minutes to find parking, making me arrive 15 minutes past my appointment time. I was told the 15 minutes would be deducted from my hour. I attempted to reschedule, but they said my full $100 deposit will then be forfeited. I was upset but continued to attempt and receive my now 45 minute post-op massage.nThey then proceeded to tell me credit cards are not accepted and I would need to use zelle, which is an app I do not have. They expected me to download this app, all while continuing to deduct time from my hour. This would have at least taken another 10-15 minutes and I wasn’t even undressed yet. At this point my $135 hour massage was looking more like a 15 minute massage. I walked out! Total scam! Very unprofessional!! They could have had some compassion and had me download the app after my service was complete since they were deducting time. Especially after I offered cash as well. I used this place about two years ago and it was not like this. I refuse to have had to pay another cent to such a horrible, money sucking establishment. You can eat that $100 thieves. Very sketchy and borderline illegal to deduct time from a paid service all because you’re insisting we pay for future services prior. Disgusting!

I had surgery recently early February in Dominican Republic. I had gotten a few massages over there but since I was only over there for a short time frame I didn’t get a total of 10 I didn’t worry much due to the fact I had book my massages package with a business I wouldn’t want to expose them , way before my surgery date it was steal and I took it . I’m a mother of two I was trying to save me some cash like who doesn’t lol well long story short I went to them soon as I got back. The very next day they only massage me and drained my back never changed my dressing which is very important. She seems new to doing this very unprofessional was even late a few times I had gotten some fluid on my thigh that I even had to go else where to get it drain with a needle because she didn’t do it , such an overwhelming experience I had my hormones are fresh I didn’t know what to do until I decided to go to Rejúve the very minute I walk in this place I felt comfort and I knew they was going to take good care of me . I had to reach out to Mary she help my nerves get calmed. I was extremely nervous and overwhelmed because my incision scar from my tummy Tuck open up ,yes I have a open womb in the middle part I wanted to cry once I notice it . This is my first time getting plastic surgery so u could only imagine how I was feeling thinking the worst . But it’s not about the money saving I’ve learn that it’s important to get best service for your after care it’s your health on the line . I’m so happy I go here and I will continue my post op here and I know I said long story short lol but hear me out not only did Mary saved me she also book me appointment to see a good doctor that’s helps take care of situations like mines . Which I’m so grateful for that way I don’t have to fly back to Dominican. So ladies this place is the place to go for post op wax ,facials etc name it they do it all . I’m so happy I chose them ❤ufe0f I recommend them 100 % very attentive caring & passionate about their job ud83dude4fud83cudffd

I arrived to my appointment way before my appointment time and they told me they would be able to take me earlier....then told me they couldn’t take me earlier so I went in at my appointment time which my appointment was for a consultation. I waited from 1pm all the way to 145pm. The owner came to take me in and literally took one look at me my consultation didn’t even take 2 mins..... didn’t ask me if I had any questions just in such a rush to leave the room. I go to the front desk and they quoted me $1400 for 6 massages....had I had more attention from my allegedly “45 min consultation “ I would’ve gotten the package but they 100% sucked! I would never go there and on top of that my $75 consultation fee was still taken for her rushed 2 mins. Terrible service I would never trust them with my post op or anything!

I don't normal write review but this is so upsetting I have to inform other potential customers. During the covid 19 pandemic, the owners introduce new guidelines which is understandable. I got sick and was advise to reschedule my appt. I rescehdule my appointment thinking it will be fine. Be aware, I purchase $400 package. After, receiving 2 the owner refused to give me the 3rd massage I pay for because she said I didnt have a doctor's note to confirm I was sick. I said ok I will go to my doctors. I went to my doctors receive a note stating I was sick and she still refused to give me my last massage. I've called, email, dm and they refuse to answer my messages. They are so unprofessional. Go at you own risk. I will never go back or recommend their services. I'm so disappointed.
