This has been the BEST waxing experience I’ve ever had. Charo seriously has hands made of silk. When I first heard of “painless wax” I thought it wasn’t true, but today was my first time at Narcisses Spa and I can truly say I enjoyed my time here. Charo is very careful and meticulous, making sure you’re comfortable and also makes sure all the hair is Gone! I will be back for my first facial next week! Thank you!!

I’m giving two stars because the massage I received was actually good, but when it came down to payment I was severely inconvenienced. My massage was two weeks ago and I’m STILL being inconvenienced by the lack of care in regards to my payment. I was told that Chase QuickPay would be a fast and easy way to pay my bill. I am trusting that those who work at the desk would double/ triple check to make sure everything is in order. She put in the email address and soon said she made a mistake and put the wrong email address and named “TABLE” as the recipient. I honestly thought I was being scammed. I immediately called chase and tried to get everything worked out. I ended up paying for the massage (again) by swiping my card and I am still actively dealing with claims from my bank. I am now out $260 because of this ordeal. I went to have a beautifully relaxing experience from beginning to end. I left there more stressed than I came in. I can’t confidently say that this wasn’t done on purpose, but I don’t see myself coming back to this establishment if something so simple can be messed up.
