Terrible business ! No responsibility what so ever! Do not waste your time, they have been promising delivery of furniture for 2 months now and still nothing! Won’t even be considerate and offer refund knowing they did not meet contract. Why promise a delivery date if you can not act on it?! I told my sister we need to go to another furniture store with better reviews and respect for their customers.

Honestly never leave reviews but I see so many negative reviews that I’d like to share my positive experience. Walked into the store and was just browsing wasn’t ready to make a big purchase but the guy there was very helpful and gave me some options so I wound up making a purchase. I live in the neighborhood so stopped in multiple times with random questions about my purchase he was very nice and helpful every time even tho I’m sure I was annoying lol my items arrived the day he said they would and during the time frame so not sure what other people experience but my was definitely a pleasure and will use for future furniture purchase

i have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service!!! The employees are disgusting and they talk down women like we are nothing! They sold me a bedroom set that looked nothing like the one I ordered! Then the young guy who works there is extremely rude!! Does not know how to speak to people and has no respect! I warn you to stay AWAY from this place!!

This has to be the worst place to ever do business with. Both the owner and his nephew are horrible with communication and even worse with getting your merchandise. They promised us a delivery date and on the delivery date we had to hound them, just to find out they did not even have our completed furniture set. They did not even reach out to let us know the set was incomplete or the delivery was not even going to happen. This business is the biggest scam! Please avoid them at all cost!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!! They lie about deliveries and dates! They ignore your calls! They STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! They are the worst furniture store on Pelham Parkway! The workers are UNPROFESSIONAL and extremely RUDE! They're all about the MONEY! Don't even finance anything. The company they use are thieves too!.. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER DELIVERED MY FURNITURE!!!!!! I will see them in court!!!
